Mt. KENYA POLITICIANS SECRET PLAN FOR KIBAKI SUCCESSION IN 2012

Uhuru Kenyatta's double-speak about his ambition to become Kenya's President after Kibaki is no surprise. Uhuru Kenyatta is the chosen heir in an elaborate plan by Mt. Kenya politicians to ensure that the Presidency stays with the community beyond 2022. A group of Mt. Kenya politicians have planned how Uhuru Kenyatta will take over the Presidency in 2012 whether Kibaki wins another term or not in December 2007.
Before PNU was formed, Kibaki had held a series of secret meetings with top leaders from Central Province to chart the way forward for the future of the Kikuyu Community after 2007. The meetings started as early as April this year when the Kibaki men realized that he had no credible party that could see him get re-elected. Purely Mt. Kenya outfits Narc-Kenya and DP were at the time pressuring him to adopt their ticket amid dissent from non-Kikuyu ministers.
Notably, while the politicians were of the impression that Kibaki should join either of the two Mt. Kenya parties, Kibaki's golfing baddies now entrenched in government, parastatals and in Mt. Kenya owned TransCentury share-trading and acquisition company were busy working on a formula that would see Kibaki re-elected at the same time ensuring that the presidency remains with the Kikuyu beyond 2012.
Handwritten minutes of meetings show that the planners - the athuri group are so secret that even members of the Ameru and Aembu are not included. The argument is that these communities will obviously support a Kikuyu come 2012 because they have no option. To this end, it was agreed that Kiraitu Murungi and David Mwiraria be returned to the cabinet to ensure "they are for ever grateful" and to win the loyalty of the Ameru. It came as no surprise that it was Lucy Kibaki who made hints of their return which was effected speedily. Minutes show the group nicknamed itself "athuri".
About the same time, the athuri secretive group comprising of Kibaki as chairman, Njenga Karume and John Michuki as alternate chairmen, Mary Wambui, Jimmy Kibaki, Judy Kibaki, Eddy Njoroge, George Muhoho, Stanley Murage, Nat Kangethe, Bishops Arthur Gitonga and George Gathii, and Cyrus Gituai (PS OP) were holding meetings with the retired president Moi's group of Nicholas Biwott, Ezekiel Bargetuny, Gideon Moi, Sila Yego and Uhuru to layout the post-Kibaki succession plan.
Ready to play ball as usual were Luhya leaders in the then GNU. A plot was hatched to have Ford-Kenya take the lead in the formation of PNU thereby hide the true intention of the Mt. Kenya boys. In one meeting it was agreed that Musikari Kombo was more pliable, weak and dumb enough to be used. That Kombo was weak on his Western Province turf after invasion by ODM was cited as reason enough for him to play errand boy without question. "Nyamu eno ahoyaga matigio. Reke tomuhe ihindi" (Roughly translated: this animal worships leftovers. Let's give him a bone to chew), Kibaki is said of Kombo in reference to empty departments given to Kombo's cronies after he threw a tantrum following a post-referendum new cabinet in 2005.
Not surprisingly, in a recent tour of Western Province, Kibaki told Kombo and company including Moody Awori that he will include him in his cabinet. It was strange given that the president found it necessary to make this promise when all parties under PNU should automatically be in Cabinet after elections. Was this an attempt to stem some disquiet regarding the president's mean trick of short-changing partners? Was this reassurance to Kombo and meant to appease Luhya voters who have lost faith and trust that Kibaki, an introverted tribalist, can never honour a promise? Problem is, there is no party Kombo can use to negotiate for positions in the post-elections cabinet. This is because Ford-Kenya has been swallowed by PNU and is fielding no candidates!
Earlier, in the athuri meeting, it was also argued that Kombo's never-ending ambition to be "given" the vice presidency was a great enticement to have him play blind ball. His desperation for money was also used fully. No less a person than his nemesis Soita s---anda of Malava has accused Kombo of being in PNU for the money. It is instructive that while all parties under PNU have their own candidates, only Ford-Kenya failed to field a single candidate of its own. The ECK register shows that all Former Ford-Kenya MPs in Bungoma, including Kombo are running on PNU. It means that Ford-Kenya is finally dead!
That's how the equally quick-to-please Noah Wekesa was recruited to lead a façade of forming PNU while the backroom Muthaiga boys worked on a parallel plan. It is notable that immediately Wekesa thought he had clinched it with PANU, the Mt. Kenya boys too k it over renamed it PNU and got busy swallowing all the other parties other than Kanu. Wekesa's cries of betrayal were to no avail. His boss Kombo, as usual was more interested in the cash handouts that comes with "horse trading" than protecting his sidekick or the interests of Ford-Kenya.
Back to the issue of the Kibaki succession, Uhuru finally agreed to join the Kibaki team but was given enough concessions as the heir-in-waiting:
First, Kanu would field independent candidates but who will be funded by PNU to ensure Kanu becomes strong since PNU would disintegrate by 2009 and a win or lose by Kibaki would have prepared Uhuru to inherit the Mt. Kenya vote.
When it came to other communities and other competitors, the athuri prevailed upon Kibaki to abandon the ambitions of Awori, Kombo, Kituyi, Saitoti, Martha Karua and Kirwa as inconsequential. This was after Kibaki was presented with secret research evidence from Mutahi Ngunyi, who has since moved to State House. Mutahi reported that other than Karua, the pretenders to the throne would all loose their seats in the 2007 elections. Chipped in Karume in reference to Karua "Mwari wa muthambia kioro afataire kuihura/kuithambia mbere...." (Roughly translated: The daughter of a toilet cleaner should wipe herself first! - a derogatory reference to Kirinyaga people whom mainstream Kikuyu refer to as toilet cleaners. The slur was acquired in colonial times when the Kirinyaga dominated the Nairobi City Council cleansing department). As for Saitoti, it was felt that he was an outsider who carried too much baggage from the Goldenberg scam. He was seen to be "disloyal" in his earlier announcement that he would vie against Kibaki in this year's elections. The Kiambu Muranga axis of the athuri felt that Saitoti
ambitions for 2012 did not augur well for Uhuru. It is with this hindsight the Saitoti is under siege from DP's Lee Kinyanjui and blames "someone" in PNU. And Saitoti is very uncomfortable at the moment with the Kibaki Group even going as far as claiming that PNU wants him to loose the Kajiado North seat. These fears are well founded as the athuri feel that Saitoti is an outsider in Central Province and therefore not the best bet for the Presidency even after Kibaki. Part of their minutes show the athuri discussed ways of dealing with the imminent fallout with other communities in 2012. The Luhya as a community are dismissed as peaceful and would be grateful for anything. Kombo despite promises was ruled out as a running mate. Moody's influence in Western Province was found lacking and Kombo, Kituyi and Wekesa were seen to have succumbed to the ODM wave in the Province. "Manegere Mathagu ma guku na nimakurota kuubuka", (Roughly translated: Give them some chicken wings and they will dream of flying), Michuki is quoted dismissing any worries about Luhya support for Kibaki. The meeting thus decided that "Gutuma atongoria abaluhya mecirie nimakugia ufata munene kuri thirikari Kibaki ashinda" (Roughly translated: to give the Luhya leaders the impression that they will be a major part of Kibaki's government if he wins). The emphasis was that these leaders should be made to work for Kibaki since their worth as vote-getters had diminished. This seems to be the "decoy" assurance Kibaki was promising on his recent tour.
When PNU was taken over, it was decided that Kibaki give other parties like Ford-Kenya and Ford-People, the illusion that they are part of PNU. Only Kombo took this bait and Ford-K is the only party that is headed to oblivion in the PNU. Secretly, Kikuyu parties like Safina, Narc-Kenya and DP were to be allowed to "revolt" and field candidates in their own names in the nominations. Kombo is being made to believe that he is a co-owner of PNU and therefore a future VP. However, in a telling game of juggling the liver ala Michuki, the athuri have argued that after elections, Ford-Kenya would be dead. The plot was to ensure Kombo got money to stand on PNU and let Ford-Kenya die. It is interesting that the ECK lists Kombo and his Bungoma cohorts as all standing on PNU! Hence, the Kibaki athuri hatched a plot to keep all the non-Kikuyu members of PNU hopeful. However, the confidential athuri minutes show that after the elections and in case Kibaki wins, he will form an alliance with Kalonzo Musyoka as VP because Kibaki will only have Kikuyu MPs. The athuri also argue that most other provinces are already lost to ODM and there will be no need to reward "aragoli" (Mt. Kenya name for the Luhya) after they reject Kibaki.
According to Mutahi Ngunyi's brief, to boost turnout, all Kibaki needs to do is ensure large turnouts in Central where the "unattached voter" will be helped to vote. This is reference to double registration occasioned by national IDS numbers being shared by several voters and those also of dead voters given to other people. "double registration" by the ECK are actually ID numbers of other voters outside Mt. Kenya and the dead ones now given Kikuyu names and allocated voters cards. The rigging ploy is that while the original holder of the legitimate ID number will be denied voting because of double registration, the imposter in Central Kenya will have voted. THE NEXT GOVERNMENT SHALL BE FORMED BY YOUTHFUL LEADERS, SAYS HON. RUTO

Hon Ruto and several other MPs predicted that the country's leadership will change from the old guards to the youthful leaders after 2012. The leaders urged Christians to fast and pray for peaceful election come 2012, saying there should never be a repeat of what happened during the previous election.
Kenya has gone to another level and never again shall the leaders incite the people to turn against each other. The Kenyans have come of age and they will never be used again for destructive actions. All tribes in Kenya shall coexist and move freely throughout the country without fear. They have understood that they may difer in opinion but they remain united and respecting each other's opinion without engaging in warlike activities.
Elections comes every five years and once the leaders are chosen - they all go back to work to build this great Nation.
God Bless Kenya and its people in JESUS MIGHTY NAME AMEN!

A RARE ENCOUNTER WITH THREE UNIQUE KENYAN POLICE OFFICERS

It was on Wednesday, 5th January 2011 at around 11.30a.m. when I was waved down by a traffic Police Officer near the Gilgil junction. That morning I had left my home in Kericho and was heading to my home in Kitengela, some 37 kilometres to the South East of Nairobi. The Officer who I later learned was named Mbaya, told me that he hailed from Meru. The Officer spoke to me gently and he was a humble Officer who loved his job. He informed me that as my windscreen was broken, I had to accompany him to the Police Station. He requested me to hand him my Driving Licence, which I did. I introduced myself to him as Apostle William K Korir, and the Officer showed me a lot of respect and when I requested him to consider my request to let me go, he gently insisted that I accompany him to the Police Station to secure a Cash Bond and thereafter proceed on my journey to Nairpbi. He stopped a Matatu and found several faults and he Boarded the Matatu and proceeded to Gilgil Police Station and asked me to follow him and I did.
On arrival he immediately booked me on a register and asked me to pay Kshs 5,000.00 Cash Bond and to appear before a judge at Naivasha Court the following week. He took the matatu driver's Driving Licence and extracted Kshs. 100.00 which he handed back to the driver, saying - NOT EVERY POLICE OFFICER RECEIVES bribes. What can kshs. 100.00 assist me with? ... He inquired from the driver. "We are under a new constitution and things must change!" He added. The Police Officer spoke with humilty as he discouraged corrupt practices... Two other senior Police Officers including a base Commander were amazing - they spoke with great dignity and this touched me so much that I felt all must know.
From the way they spoke, I believe that, the Kenya Police is under going tremendous transformation and I believe by God's grace that one day and very soon, Kenya shall have a corruption free Police Service.
The Kenyan Police Commissioner should recognize the three officers; Mr Mbaya - from Meru, Naomi and the Base Commander (Lady Officer) for their exemplary work they displayed to me for the 10 minutes they served me. They discharged their duties deligently!
Since independence the country has had ten (10) Police Commissioners as follows:-
1) Bernard Hinga (1964-1978)
2) Ben Gethi (1978-1982)
3) Bernard Njinu (1982-1988)
4) Philiph Kilonzo (1988 - 1993)
5) Shedrack Kiruki ( 1993- 1996)
6) Duncan Wachira (1996 - 1998)
7) Philemon Abong'o ( 1998 - 2002)
8) Edwin Nyaseda ( 2002 - 2003)
9) Major General Mohammed Hussein Ali (2004 - 2009)

27TH AUGUST IS A GREAT DAY FOR KENYA!
Kenyans are anxiously waiting for the 27th August 2010, to celebrate and usher in the new constitutions which Kenyans have for the last decade been struggling to achieve. Finally God has answered the needs of the Kenyans to open a new page and a new chapter! This is good news for all Kenyans and friends of Kenya!

ATWOLI DISRESPECTS CHRISTIANS
Atwoli was speating fire as he abused Church leaders for saying NO! to the new constitution. He derided the church leaders and even asserted that they were DEMON possessed. What a show. One wonders what has gone wrong with the Workers champion? If the purpose of Rerendum was for the public to freely vote to their choice, why has Atwoli chosen to coerce the church leaders?
Kenyans are watching keenly as the YES diminish in its role. NOs grows day by day as the YES camps lose its grounds. They are all drank and have been blinded by their bride.

WHY REALESE TWO VERSIONS OF CONSTITUTIONS?
Kenyans are in danger of being woodwinged by the selfish leaders who want to always have their way. The report hitting the media at this time is indeed a sad one. Once again Kenyans are being denied a chance to exercise their right. The Draft Document to be presented to the Public should be the one approved by Parliament. This seriousness is ommission will no doubt going to swing the Kenyans' Vote to a resounding NO! Thorough investigations should be carried out and those involved should be brought to book. It is clear that a repeat of what happened in 2005 is likely to recur. The perpetration of this action are evil minded people and they should bear the brand of the full force of the Law. Millions of public funds have been incurred in the process to give Kenyans a new Constitution, however, this hope have been dashed by shocking revelation that two different sets of Constitutions are in circulation!
May God save this Mighty Nation and our beloved Country from the hands of Powerful individuals whose motives are hell bend bound. Kenyans are urged to fast and pray for God to intervene, in JESUS MIGHTY NAME!

DRAFT CONSTITUTION!

With the release of Draft Constitution, the church leaders have hit the ground with their Compaign for NO! It is most unlikely that the church leaders will win this time round. They have failed to read the mood of the Kenyans. What the Kenyans want is to receive a new Constitution. Nothing is going to stop the Draft Constitution from sailing through with a resounding Yes! While everyone has a right to vote for what he or she choose, I wish to advise the greater Kalenjins not to be misled by Politicians who do not seem to know what they are doing.
I have been following closely the arguements advanced by Honourable William Rutoh, but I do not see any threat in the Draft Constitution, that warrants the community's stance to say No!. My advice to the Kalenjins is for them to make their informed decision before voting. Do not vote to please or follow someone.it is better to have a new constitution than to retain the old one which do not adequately protect the needs of Kenyans.
Meanwhile, William, should go back to the drawing Board and re-engineer his approach of things on the Draft Constitution to avoid actions which would only lead to ambarrasement as he plummetes from a hero to zero.

KILIMO JEBII HITS OUT AT RAILA
In Politics there are no permanent friends and no permanent enemies. At the onset of multiparty election the Rift Valley leaders worked harmoniously with Raila Odinga. Whenever Kibaki and team said anything unfriendly against Odinga's team reactions and quarks came from his close associate like Ruto and Jebii. In one such event, Jebii Kilimo had accompanied Raila and they were in the Coastal region. Jebii had then reacted saying.... " Wanapokuona wanafikiri wewe ni Simba umenyshewa, hawachui wewe ni simba?" when they saw you do they think you are a rained on cat, don't they know you are a Lion?. Last week, Jebii told Raila to his face in her constituency, You think you ar a Lion... but you are a rained on Cat!

IT IS TIME TO DISCUSS THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION AND VOTE!

Dear KENYANS!
Please analyse critically the arguements being advanced by the Politicians and obtain a copy of the constitution and read line by line to compare what the Politicians are saying with the contents contained in the document and make your informed decision on which way to vote whether it is YES! OR NO!. We become suspicious when Politicians goes to fight it out in the open declaring their stand and as to why the Wananchi should Vote alongside what they believe in. The Government or Politician aligned to the two key leaders; the President and the Prime Minister backed by the Cotu Secretary have sent their teams throughout the country to preach the message to the Public to Vote for YES! They used the Tax Payers Money to organise various Forums in various venues in the country to chat the way to vote. They were a divided lot all along. They went to Parlaiment and they confused themselves and they failed or refused to make amendments to the presented Draft Constitution. The Draft Constitution will be presented for a refurendum; and the Politicians have stolen the show and are now roaming through the country confusing themselves and doing a lot of damage in confusing the public. I was shocked to hear a senior politician to confess in public that she has now understood that the Draft Constitution was good contrary to what she was being told.
Why can't they release the Draft Constitution to the public (Kenyan Voters) and leave them to make their informed decision in Voting for it whether YES or NO!
The Politician should let the Kenyans vote for the Draft Constitution according to their will. The Politicians should instead engage Lawyers assist in interpreting what the clauses in the Draft means.
I urge all Kenyans to ignore this fellows and VOTE WISELY! VOTE FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN NOT WHAT THEY TELL YOU!

THE RIFT VALLEY MPS SHOULD LET THE KALENJINS MAKE THERE INFORMED DECISION AND VOTE FOR THE REFURENDUM!

The "Draft Constitution" have gone through various levels and it is now approaching the last lap. Kenyans have been monitoring the process closely, and I believe they are well informed on the type of document it is being prepared to be presented to the public. Everyone has spoken, Members of the civil society, Community leaders, Lawyers, Individuals, Parliamentarians, and the church leaders. There has been divergent views permiating from all corners of the country relating to the constitution. I agree totaly with Hon. Karua, a legal expert who observed recently that it was very difficult to have a constitution satisfying the needs of the entire country's population of 42 + tribes. If the constitution largely represent a large percentage of our needs then the rest will be handle as and when they come. For some clergy to observe that, since the government had ignored them from the beginning they were going to derail the process just because they have the numbers, is not only height of hypocracy, but the persons have lost direction. The church should not engage in divisive politics but should instead unite Kenyans and pray for sanity in our Great Nation!
The Politicians did their part on the Draft Constitution while in parliament and if they were unable to mobilise support to swing the parliamentarians to vote in their direction, they have no business musquarrading as stewards of their communities during the forthcoming refurendum. All the communities in Kenya are now knowledgeable and they know what they want for their country. Some Mps have been lately making headlines, asking Kenyans to Vote NO! during the Referendum. I strongly believe Kenyans are civil enough to know what they want.
The Kalenjins are independent minded people, most of them well educated and therefore they know what they want and what to vote for in the forth coming Refurrendum. I urge especially politicains from Rift Valley to be responsible and avoid alarmist statements which are mainly selfish in nature. I also urge outspoken leaders to open their eyes and ears so as to see and listen carefully to what others are saying, so as to avoid being sidelined. There is no need to engage in endless confrontation with other leaders; for no one would tell who is telling the truth! Kalenjins needs responsible leadership; and zero confrontational approach. Play Politics with wisdom!

Political Development with Vision and Mission

We have not maintained communication for sometimes. There have been many
reasons for that. We had to see how Coalition Government works. We had to
see the structure and the process of the agenda four (4) of the National
Accord. We even had to wait and see the functioning of the 10th Parliament
under the Coalition System.More importantly, we had to wait and see emerging policies for the real
business; social and economic development including the attendant
liberalization and globalization.We are sure therefore that we have learned enormously during the
intervening period. The global grading of virtually all the things that we
have seen seems to stand at B-. It is not bad because we have been able to sustain peace for at least nearly 20 months. Parliament developed remarkable standing orders and used them to assert itself and for that we
could rightly rate B+. Many negative things have come to pass: poverty, drought, famine,
environmental degradation and attendant Mau debate, and diseases that include swine flu. The nation and the various regions of the nation are virtually struggling with these things. Like Parliament, Professionals may
need to write their own standing orders and use them to be more assertive
in addressing these things.The political arena appears to be more confusing than even before and may
be because of the Coalition, individuals, communities, tribes, political parties and/or other manipulations that are yet to be known.If we may recall, in the beginning the vision and the mission was then reforms and the new constitution. And that is how things like ODM came-up.This vision and mission is presently at the back seat driven by somecommittee of experts that may not even be answerable to any constituency of the people of Kenya.We need to revisit this vision and mission and if not possible we then address other things and forget any pretence. We need to return to political development with vision and mission.

Facilitate Remedial Measures or Suspend the Process.

On 23/09/2009 we made observations on the political development with
Vision and Mission. Our prediction has been vindicated.
The Parliament has endorsed a draft constitution that does not represent
the prayers and the contributions of the people. The Standard Newspaper
of 3/04/2010 gave a hint of what went on. Whichever way the end results
were bad news or indeeed a calamity.
The 2010 daft constitution is basically a deceptive document. It can
only be salvaged in one of the two ways namely;
1) facilitiating remedial measures
2) or suspending the entire processes.
There are valid reason for this position. While a few politicians see
improved document, the draft locks out the prayers and the contributions
of the people, Period! It does not even recall that there was a Bomas
Draft that even had a little bit of the people participation.
Even more horrifying, possible remedial mesures have been locked out again
by politicians with combined use of legal provisions and treacherous tactics
as witnessed in Parliament.
We are therefore back to square one and particuarly 2005. It is said that
history repeats itself. This time round it came too soon. A replay of
2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 has been set in full earnest.
It is imperative therefore to appeal to the Principals to facilitate
remedial measures (some improvements) or to suspend the entire process for
the sake of the country. There are after all equally more important issues
to address than to antagonize the country with total expediency.
Of course, the 3rd option will be to reject it. Large part of the
population is already training their minds on this option.
Let us put our heads together for the sake of this Great Nation - Kenya!
Politicians have so far shown a very high level of irresponsibility and this is totally un-acceptable.

GOD'S FAVOUR ON KENYA

Despite the tribulations the Kenyans have gone through economic hardships, starvation and corruption, which have been worsened by squabling politicians, God watches over Kenya keenly. He will no doubt the perpetrators of ills to the Kenyan people. The dust is now settling in the scandle ridden country particularly in the areas of Mau Forest where where afforestation was completed recently. The Oil and Maize scandles are slowly being swept to the shores of the sea of corruption. There is a storm that has errupted on cemetries as the dead are disturbed by those who are making huge profits at the expense of national tax kitty. God is watching keenly at the immoral people masquarrading as proffessional business men and He will punish them severely. Sanity must return to our Nation and I urge all Kenyans to sing more and more of the National Anthem and to put it to practice! God is God and He has given favour to this country, a land of plenty.
